Full Journal pdf2012-04-15 Senate Journal Page 2377 HB 104 Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent to take up the Conference Committee Report on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104(FIN) and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104(RLS), which had been held on the Secretary's desk (p. 2353). Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Meyer moved that the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104. The question being: "Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104 "An Act renaming the Alaska performance scholarship and relating to the scholarship and tax credits applicable to contributions to the scholarship; relating to AlaskAdvantage education grant funding and to Alaska performance scholarship funding; relating to AlaskAdvantage education grant eligibility; establishing accounts and a fund for those purposes; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date"?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HB 104 Shall the Senate Adopt the Conference Committee Report? Effective Dates YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Coghill, Davis, Dyson, Egan, Ellis, French, Giessel, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wagoner, Wielechowski 2012-04-15 Senate Journal Page 2378 and so, the report was adopted, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104 "An Act renaming the Alaska performance scholarship and relating to the scholarship and tax credits applicable to contributions to the scholarship; relating to AlaskAdvantage education grant funding and to Alaska performance scholarship funding; relating to AlaskAdvantage education grant eligibility; establishing accounts and a fund for those purposes; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date." Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
